Stove Top Potpourri
We created a way to infuse your home with amazing aromas, without the toxic chemicals found in commercial air fresheners. You simply pour the contents into a small pot, cover with water, bring to a boil and let simmer. Your home will be smelling fresh, cozy and scrumptious within minutes.
Our stove top potpourri is created from dehydrated fruit, herbs and spices which are partially sourced from local Long Island, NY farms. We began simmer pots in our own home using fruit scraps, herb cutoffs and spices. We wanted to create a product that we could ship across the country, be ecofriendly and be able to stay fresh for a long period of time. Dehydrating the fruits, herbs and spices was the best way to do this.
These gorgeous potpourri packs can be used 4-5 times before the scent starts to diminish. You can leave it in the pot right on the stove for days and then just begin the boiling process whenever you would like to freshen the air. You could also pour the contents with the water into an airtight container and put in the refrigerator until next time you want to use it. (Within 14 days)
